Know More

Turning a dense enterprise offering into a simple story; clear information architecture, reusable components, and outcome-focused visuals that help buyers understand fast and convert with confidence.

How it was done

Highlights:

  • Reframed the narrative around outcomes (protect people, secure facilities, reduce risk) with product proof layered underneath.

  • Built a modular scalable design system so teams could launch pages quickly.

  • Led Art direction with a global facing client built on a robust Drupal backend.

  • Worked with UX designers to simplified the product taxonomy (solutions → use cases → hardware) to cut decision friction and improve search and nav.

  • Shipped performance and accessibility fixes (structure, WCAG AA contrast, focus states, media handling) so the site stayed fast and usable.

  • Delivered a robust shared asset library (page templates, components, scalable Figma files) to keep sales, web, and content aligned.

Problem

The story was buried under product sprawl with no clear way to navigate an overwhelming site.

Overlapping names, and heavy specs made it hard for buyers to see what mattered. Content lived in silos, pages were bespoke, and teams couldn’t move quickly without breaking consistency.

Solution

Make the path obvious.

Information architecture: reorganized the site around buyer questions.

  • Systemized components: a reusable section kit that works across industries and products, so new pages assemble in hours, not weeks.

  • Visual explanation: diagrams that show how devices and monitoring connect end-to-end.

  • Proof and trust: case tiles, certifications, partner logos, and stats placed near CTAs to de-risk decisions.

  • Performance & access: fast load, clear hierarchy, WCAG AA accessible friendly controls, and sensible defaults for media.

Concept

Lead with outcomes, then show the path.

People buy fewer incidents, faster response, and compliance—so the design speaks to those results first, then reveals the hardware, software, and services that deliver them.
